About Us

Por siempre cuba was created in year 2000, with the purpose of presenting to the Latin Community in the United States of America, and especially to the Cubans who reside outside Cuba, the national and international news, and the Latin American Panorama.

COMBATE NEWS is a nationalistic and informative organ, identified with the purpose of respecting the Independence and the Sovereignty of Cuba, stop the aggressions, the lifting of the political and economical sanctions imposed by the U.S.A., and the reestablishment of diplomatic relations between both countries.

We denounced the Headquarters of the Miami Mafia and its wage-earners, with statements like the following one:

A Cuban Mafia within the Cuban Community abroad has existed and exists, that moved, at the triumph of the Revolution, to the United States of America and other places in the world. Its Headquarters resides in the City of Miami, State of Florida, U.S.A., composed in many cases by opportunists who have fought neither in favor nor against the Cuban Revolution. These elements, like others, who did fight in favor and others against the 1959 Revolution commanded by Fidel Castro, complain impatiently regarding why Washington D.C., does not definitely attack Cuba while they proclaim a supposed link of the Cuban Government with terrorism.
Then, they become angry when we accuse them of Plattism. (This is in reference to the Platt Amendment that the United States imposed to Cuba to be added to the Cuban Constitution of 1901.)
These Cubans try and wish for their Fatherland that saw them be born, destruction and death in order to eliminate their adversaries. They daily cry and request since many years ago, to all the administrations of the American Government a military intervention on Cuba.

However, as Dr. Jesus Arboleya y Cervera says, everything is the product of the extreme right Cuban-Americans, who from their Cuban origin have become an American political group. The subject of Cuba, element of cultural cohesion for the whole Cuban-American Community and source of the extraordinary privileges received by the Cuban immigrants has served the extreme right groups to impose their hegemony on the local Community and to connect themselves with the groups of power in the United States interested in overthrowing the Cuban Revolution.

Jesus Arboleya y Cervera, is A Doctor in Historical Sciences and professor at the University of Havana. He has published books and numerous essays on the Cuban emigration and exile. He has recently been awarded the first prize at the International Essay Contest "To Think Against the Current", with his work "The Revolution of the Future."
